As per request by my lovely follower @bitterlysweetthoughts, I made this to show the med school system here in the Philippines.

So after you graduate college, you will have additional 3 years for medicine proper. After that, 1 year of clerkship. As most of the people I know describes it as the stage where you will be treated as the lowest form of animal in the hospital (literally). 😬After you survive, graduation it is! 💃🏻

Another year of internship - POST GRADUATE INTERNSHIP (PGI). Then you will prepare for the board exam.

Residency - where in you will choose your specialty of choice, it can be internal medicine, ob-gyne, pedia, surgery. Surgery for example you will have 6 years of residency and for pedia a total of 5 years residency.

So for example I will pursue surgery, I have 11 years to go to be a surgeon! 😖😁💪🏼 tough? Well not even one doctor said that it is easy to become one right? 🙄🤔

For any question my ask box is open you can ask me. :)
